Before After

During the construction period, Pro-liner dispatched professional technician to the work site to provide full-process technical guidance. Our technician conducted on-site supervision over key links such as pipeline pretreatment, liner pulling-in, and UV light curing to ensure that the construction parameters meet the liner performance requirements and process specifications.

Full Process of Potable Water pipe Rehabilitation
1. Pipe Cutting & CCTV Verification
Cut the pipe section with a smooth cut surface, then installed valves.

2. Pipe Pre-treatment
After high-pressure water jet cleaning, continue to remove pipe sediment using cleaning pigs (steel scraper pigs and rubber pigs).

3. UV Curing - glide foil Placement
After pre-treatment was completed, laid the glide foil inside the pipe.

4. UV Curing - Liner Insertion

Before inserting the UV-CIPP liner into the pipe, folded the liner in advance so that its width was smaller than the glide foil.

5. UV Curing - light insertion & Curing

After inflation and pressure holding, inserted the UV light train into the pipe to cure the liner.

6. Acceptance - Pressure Test
Once curing was complete, conducted a pressure test.
