On December 3rd, 2023, Professor Cao Jingguo, Director of China-Europe Joint Trenchless Technology Research Center, and his delegation visited Pro-liner. Mr. Li Fangjun, General Manager of Pro-liner, warmly welcomed Professor Cao and his delegation. We had friendly negotiations on a series of strategic cooperation matters, and the meeting was held in our conference hall.

Professor Cao expressed his gratitude to General Manager Li and relevant responsible comrades for their warm reception. He introduced the background and development process of China-Europe Joint Trenchless Technology Research Center, fully affirming Pro-liner's contribution and market share in the industry, and playing an important leading role in promoting industry development, technological progress, and market expansion.

Professor Cao highly appreciates the outstanding contribution of Pro-liner to the "China-Europe Joint Trenchless Technology Research Center", and reviews the good cooperation foundation between the two sides in standardization, academic works, and international exchanges. The center invited Pro-liner to become the chairman unit of the Strategic Cooperation Council and hired General Manager Li Fangjun as the chairman of China-Europe Joint Trenchless Technology Research Center.

In the future, the China Europe Joint Non Excavation Technology Research Center will engage in deeper cooperation with Pro-liner, including international exchanges, talent cultivation, standardization, and other areas, with mutual support and common progress.

After the meeting, China-Europe Joint Trenchless Technology Research Center also held a book donation event with Pro-liner. Professor Cao Jingguo presented the co authored monograph "Trenchless Repair Materials for Urban Water Supply and Drainage Pipelines" to General Manager Li Fangjun and discussed matters related to joint party building.
