Project Introduction:The project site was located in the water distribution tank of the water plant. The pipe to be repaired was a DN2000 sewage pipe,with a single section length of 184 meters, and two sections in total, amounting to 368 meters.

Construction Challenge:

1. Special location: Due to the unique geographical location of the project, it required crossing rivers and multiple roads, making the project difficult and requiring extremely high requirements for UV-CIPP liners and construction.

2. Project burial depth of 16 meters: The designed E-Module of UV-CIPP liners must be higher than 20,000 MPa.

3. Large diameter: Due to the UV-CIPP liners with large diamete was heavy, it may cause liner distortion when going down the well. If there was insufficient construction experience, it may result in curing failure.

4. Large wall thickness: The UV-CIPP liners with a large wall thickness of 12mm poses a dual challenge to production technology and on-site construction.

5. Strict requirements for UV lamps: The rehabilitation of DN2000 pipe required strict control over pressure holding and travel time, which posed a severe challenge to the durability and illumination of UV curing lamps.
