Project Introduction:The pipe to be repaired was a DN2000 sewage pipe, with a single section length of 44.4 meters and a wall thickness of 15mm.

Construction Challenge:

1. The well chamber was small and required excavation: pipe diameter was large and the well chamber was small, making the operation difficult and requiring on-site excavation to facilitate construction.

2. Difficulty in laying with large pipe diameter and wall thickness: The DN2000 large pipe diameter and 15mm large wall thickness UV-CIPP liners used in this rehabilitation project was relatively heavy, which made it more difficult to go down the well. Improper laying may even cause liners distortion and affect the later curing effect.

3. Slower curing time: DN2000 UV-CIPP liner with large pipe diameter and wall thickness needed a slower curing time.

4. The tying of packer was prone to slipping: Due to the inconvenient operation of the 2 # well, a small packer was used for tying, and during the tying process, the packer was prone to slipping off.
