The 13th International Symposium on Pipeline Engineering and Non excavation Technology held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province from February 22nd to 25th, 2023. The conference was jointly organized by Zhengzhou University, Sun Yat sen University, Shanghai Highway and Bridge (Group) Co., Ltd., China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and other units, and co organized by the Sino US Joint Non Excavation Engineering Research Center and Wuhan Zhongdi University Non Excavation Research Institute Co., Ltd. This conference focused on the theme of "carrying urban dreams and managing a better life" for communication.
