Project Introduction：The pipe to be repaired was a DN2000 sewage pipe, which was divided into 2 sections with lengths of 157 meters and 11 meters respectively, totaling 168 meters.

Construction Challenge：

1. Due to the special geographical location of the project, which required crossing rivers and multiple roads, the project was highly difficult and had extremely high requirements for UV-CIPP liners and construction.

2. The burial depth of the project was 17 meters, and the designed E-Module of the UV-CIPP liner must be higher than 20,000 MPa.

3. Since the large-diameter liner itself was heavy, it may cause the liners to twist when being lowered into the well. Insufficient construction experience may lead to curing failure.

4. For the rehabilitation of DN2000*168m, strict control over pressure maintaining and walking time was required, and it was also a severe test for the ultraviolet curing lamp.
